|Do you have a Price Adjustment Policy?|
|In certain cases, True Citrus will gladly give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale at a later date. However, please be aware of the following conditions:
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|A sales or use tax may or may not apply to your purchase depending on the prevailing laws in your city and state. If a sales tax does apply, it will be calculated before you submit your payment information.|
|I have a question on my charges.|

|I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.|
|To get a copy of your invoice, log into your account as a returning customer. Click on “My Account”, “Print Invoices”, and scroll to the order and click “View Order.” You will be able to print a copy of your invoice by clicking on the “Need To Print An Invoice” button.

|When will my credit appear on my account?|
|Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you contact our Customer Care Center for a credit/refund to post to your account.|
