Do you have a Price Adjustment Policy?
  In certain cases, True Citrus will gladly give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale at a later date. However, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • You bought the item at regular price and did not use a promotion/coupon code with your order.
  • Within 5 days of your order being placed, the price of the item(s) was further reduced from the final price you paid.
If you bought an item online at TrueLemonStore.com and you think you’re eligible for a price adjustment, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-844-588-8783 or email us at customercare@truecitrus.com.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  A sales or use tax may or may not apply to your purchase depending on the prevailing laws in your city and state. If a sales tax does apply, it will be calculated before you submit your payment information.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  To get a copy of your invoice, log into your account as a returning customer. Click on “My Account”, “Print Invoices”, and scroll to the order and click “View Order.” You will be able to print a copy of your invoice by clicking on the “Need To Print An Invoice” button.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you contact our Customer Care Center for a credit/refund to post to your account.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.
